I bought this when I couldn't find the exact resistance sender for my tank, so used it to adapt the output resistance to make the gauge read correctly. I've since changed the sender so no longer required. It comes with (tatty!) instructions but happy to talk you through it if you get stuck. If you Google 'Spiyda Gauge Wizard' you can find more info. Also included is a potentiometer so you can calibrate it on the bench if required - if you're using it for a fuel gauge say it's probably easier simply to move the sender to the full and empty positions, but a bit more difficult with a temperature sender. £30 including UK postage.

Sometimes, others may not understand why you like a car so much. Sometimes, you may not even understand why you like a car so much. But none of that matters; all that matters is that you like the car, and having it makes you happy.

I've been thinking about it, but I can't currently find the gauge I've bought to check whether I actually need it or not!

If you're lucky the gauge/sender combination will be listed here. spiyda.com/fuel-gauge-wizard-mk3.htmlAlthough I've not been overwhelmed with interest so will probably be still here when you find it!

Just had a look on eBay and there's a few around the £30 mark so guess I was asking a bit much. £20 all in?
