Mazda chassis. These are great for under 40s/50s American trucks. My own 47 ford truck is built on one and theres very little to give it away- see last pic.
This particular one will be tax and MOT exempt in two years…
They’re a strong frame and easy/cheap to modify and lower- they are THE minitruck of choice so there’s loads of stuff available for them.
IFS, infinitely adjustable ride height as they’re on torsion bars.
Front discs.
6 stud Chevy pcd, 50s/60s Chevy wheels bolt straight on. It currently has 14” steels.
Narrow enough at the back to fit within a ford pickup bed frame.
118” wheelbase, easy to shorten, or just make your bedsides a touch longer or shorter as I did.
Tough rear axle.
Come with steering column, pedal assembly and under dash handbrake lever.
Currently RHD but I can supply a LHD steering box if you prefer.
It is 38 years sold so isn’t perfect condition, it needs the inside of the rear kickups plating which is a common rot spot on these, but it’s flat and easy to do. I could do this for you for extra.
It’s already had the back foot of the chassis replaced and a new tubular crossmember for a mustang style tank behind the axle.
It also won’t have the new rear leafs on it, they’ll be some good used standard ones. I can include the lowering blocks and u bolts for a few quid extra.
