Crazy, huh....HotWire tracked down a couple of Danish-registered AE86's in Sweden for very good prices.....I've been scratching my head tyring to calculate the costs of shipping them back here. OK, so they're left-hookers, but at only £1500 for the pair plus shipping, there's got to be ca$h there somewhere, what with the market for them being what it is!

they are damn good prices but like you say it justs depends on the shipping price. I have found a place yenimports bradford/leeds area that imports them from Japan normally around 50,000mile for £3500 on the road mot`ed and UK registered. A lot of them have been used for drifting and already have suspension, exhausts, cages some even have the 20valve or the supercharged engine. but those are round the £5000 mark.
and I was the fool that scrapped his a few year ago because I didnt think it was worth repairing!!!
At least the engine and box found a good home in my mates Avenger rally car anyway

That lad has certainly made a positive contribution to the classic toyota world, smashing that one up within a few minutes of buying it.
