i have a 1975 colt galant, the engine is a 2 litre, rear wheel drive. needs a new passenger sill and an exhaust, it has been in my garage for 9 years and i put a battery on it and it started first time ;D verry retro looking would suit an enthusiast I'm looking for about £350 quid for it. very reluctant sale but i need the room in my garage and i havent got the time or the money to fix it!!!. if you need more information feel free 2 ring me on 07866019237

Damn, that's a long way from me  That's a very unusual car to say the least. I don't recall seeing a Galant of that age here for a long tome. Last one I actually clapped eyes on was in a scrapyard in Norway and that was an estate.  |

Thats what I thought,.. I just haven't got the space to put it for about 6 months or more,... Money is an issue (I'm off on holiday in a few weeks) but that could be solved.
Kyteler on here has even offered to send parts etc. from NZ if needed.

I know a guy who might have a new exhaust for it. Might be able to get a sill for it from Finland. I have a friend who works in a giant motor store in Turku called Motonet. They have parts and panels in stock for old 70's Datsun and Toyotas so providing the Gallant was sold there it's possible they might have them. Think the Minor's belonged to an enthuiast because they were all lined up outside a big Barn/Lockup also across the Road were two very smart examples but I was more interested in the Scruffy ones lol! And unbelivably the Land Rover was on the Farm that I was staying on and still looked pretty solid from what I could see, also spotted were two Rover SD1's, MK1 and Mk2 Escort and in an old derelict Renault Showroom stood a couple of 70's Renault's but stupidly I didn't take a picture due to it getting dark and thinking that i'd be going by the same place again!
