Have a number of spares you can take off me, including another cylinder head, 2 wheels, alternator, rear window mechanisms from saloon, carb, bumper,
The Window mechanism are temperamental, but I have had a go at fixing the drivers side and it does go up and down with a little help, the passenger one I have not even tried to open! The mechanisms in these are know for being a bad design and I don' t think that they worked properly when it came out of the factory 25 years ago. I have got some mechanisms from the beta saloon, which are different, but I dismantled one and fitted it in the drivers door and it made it better.
One of the rear number plate lights has broken and I haven't had time to get another yet.
There is a slight hole in the exhaust, which to be honest makes the car sound quite nice, but a replacement system is quite cheap and easily available from Lancia specialists.
The front seats are not torn, but the stitching has come apart on the bolsters, this could be sewn back together by someone's Mum (mine refused!)
I can honestly say these are the only things that I know of that need doing, this car is immaculate and I am sorry to see it go and I hope that someone will look after it so it can see another 25 years!
