OK, the poor old Rover P6 has sat in our driveway for ages, with nobody able to give the time to put it back on the road. The crusher looms, as it needs plenty of time spent on it, but I thought I'd offer it here on the off chance that someone might be feeling brave and be after a project.
It's a K plater so no tax needed. The automatic gearbox works nicely, disk brakes all round, plenty of potential for a lowrider / sleeper / pimp mobile.....
Now, as I said you would have to be brave - it needs some welding to the pass side floor - not loads, but a few patches. The car has no wings so you'll need to get those - they do GRP reproductions fairly cheap. The engine isn't complete (no cylinder head as it dropped a valve and things got a bit messy in there!) - but you could see that as a good opportunity to stick something big in there!
There are other bits missing from it such as N/S headlamps, indicator lenses, starter motor etc., but all can be sourced from various places.
A trailer is definitely needed (I'm in Nottingham), and it'll have to be gone by next weekend, but if anyone wants to beat the scrapman to it I'd be glad to give it away.
