BMW E28 528i - Sold, gone on John

528i Shadowline, (so no chrome, at all, anywhere, not even the kidney grille)

180K, Mot and tax, choice of wheels dependent on budget, met. black, oxblood Recaro leather, everything standard and runs just fine, have done 10k in the last six months, had it serviced and replaced water pump, thermostat and a few hoses... Pukka front strut brace, no LSD.

Basically got a garage full of E28 stuff, and the above motor. Not sure if it's going to go and this is the first advert, but talk to me if you're interested and I'll let you have some pics. As these are going for between £50 and 2k I'm open to sensible offers...

Almost forgot, it's a manual. Did they really make any other kind? It's in Somerset

What's the rust / scabbiness situation like?

There's no obvious rust at all, a few bubbles at the bottom of one front wing, a ding on the nose and a ripple on the off side rear door bottom. All those areas are in the photos so you can see it's not a minger. But really it's a straight and true old bimmer... Ahh. ;D

And do you have any service history on the old girl?

I've said to others 1200 with the wheels, 800 without... It's got a ticket until July and tax until around then too. There's a bunch of paperwork, mainly old tax discs and the like...

I've got other wheels depending on what you fancy pentas, and 14in alloys...
