Phosphor bronze bush wanted!

Help! any ideas? I want a custom spigot bush made up to help me join my Honda engine to my TR7 5-speed box. Its such a pissy little thing that I don't want to go to a machinist and order one and pay for machining time, materials etc etc etc etc etc. Dimensions are:

length 20mm +/- 0.5
I/d 12.75-12.85
O/D 19.3-19.4
Material phosphor bronze (self-lubricating)

obv i'll pay a few groat to anyone who can rattle me one off in their garage/college/mate's workshop etc etc.
