Hi,
I get funny Warnings from a Page, that likes to scan my Computer. It opens every time I log on Retrorides. Does someone get the same?

Yes, I've had that, it seems to think that A) I care and B) I own a PC. Being a Mac user I can be smug and ignore it ;D

Does someone get the same? andi Don't click on it - close the window and you might get away with it I've just spent best part of 4 days trying to get rid of a whole heap of pop ups and generally de-louse my PC at home And they were very very resiliant lice!!!

Another vote for Nod 32, it is truly excellent!
Also, I would recommend that you use spybot s&d as this is superb and free!
It will probably be related to adware on your PC somewhere but is not normally too bad to clear out.
Also, use firefox over IE as it is generally more resilient to caca like that.

On our fsmily computer at home windows keep popping up with all sorts on them. Some of them are even porn ones which would be great if it wasnt the family computer! Its also gone really slow is the NOD 32 thing a free thing I could get off google?

I'll have to try that...... I updated all the windows patches and now I have a nag screen to say I don't have a genuine copy of XP - sheesh!!!

ad aware se by lavasoft is also very good for this and free.
Nod 32 is not free but not that expensive either.
