and tigran and marinanut (what are you guys bringing so i can stick you on the list?) have provisional places due to lack of funds in the right places
i also had a phone call from classic escort monthly......i mean Classic Ford Magazine ;D ;D who may be interested in coming seeing as we have an abundance of old fords turning up on the day, but are apparently waiting to see the numbers due to go on the day i've also got a reasonably priced private photographer coming on the day to take loads of piccies and will be able to make cd's up and print piccies off for any body who wants them ;D

Rustled a few up for you - confirmation to be made but provisionally I have

2 x Lotus Carlton (one running hybrid turbos, decat and a ported head the other just porting and decatted) and another Monza GSE although he has a morning appointment and is aiming to arrive late afternoon

Should balance out the Ford bias a bit and I think thats the best I can do!!

Will get confirmation before Friday and they will pay on the day

nice one mate ;D ;D mmmmm twin turbo vauxhall............ two of them at that ;D personally i can't wait cos normally when i see one of these they are sitting still at a showground with the bonnet shut and i have got a soft spot for lotus carltons in any case ;D i'm sticking them on my list as we speak
and yes you're right it will help break up the fords a bit seeing as we are nearly over-run with capris(including mine lol ) i sent you an e-mail back btw

I think the supercharger is supposed to presurise the fuel air mixture not blow the dipstick out and most of the contents of the sump out the breather system!!!

He'll get it sorted but at the mo he's a very unhappy bunny

ouch thats not good although ballistic dipsticks could be interesting ;D ;D sorry i shouldn't laugh i wouldn't want it to happen to me(when i eventually put a supercharger on something) it sounds like his piston rings have gone south and not just for winter.

Well the capri is in for it re-test, so fingers crossed.

I couldn't wait for a re-test with the original garage, so just booked a new test with a different garage - should I give them the fail sheet from the last place?
