I'm Based about 10 miles from the Pod, one of my favourite stomping grounds with the saloon.
The estate is currently off the road awaiting some bodywork to be completed, I've got a different style rear bumper ready to go as well, as never been too keen on its rear end.
But that'll be a while before thats completed as i must finish the final bits to the saloon's new engine.
B230ET Block, 20thou oversize ET spec Pistons (about 9.3:1 Compression Ratio) ,13mm rods (9mm Stock) and also converted to be able to run a block mount dizzy.
531 Cylinder head, Ported and Polished with 38/46 Exhaust and Inlet Valves (35/44 Stock) Enem V16 Turbo Camshaft
Turbo Currently is the Stock Sized Garrett T3, Boost is Controlled via a Blitz Spec R Electronic Boost Control and a Baileys Motorsport DV30 Recirc Valve keeps it nice and quiet when changing gears. (no Whooosh)
Fuel System is all stock bar a chipped ECU to allow the boost of around 15psi.
This should give around 240hp at the fly, but i'm at the limits of the chipped ecu now for fueling for the boost levels and the T3 is getting past its efficency range over 15psi really.
So now the engines nicely run in after about 3,000 miles, i trial fitted MS&S a couple of weekends ago and it works.
So just need to finish and install the following little projects and then fit MS&S for good and start tuning.

Once there in and i've spent some time on the dyno, i should be pushing over 300 quite easily.

The old Engine 196,000miles old, this made 146@the rear wheels, but was leaking boost as well as most of the contents of the sump.

About 1000miles into running in, i couldn't resist taking it up the Pod before the year ended to see how she was running, i was quite pleased, still traction problems but i have a LSD axle round the side of the house to fit at some point, but that can wait until i get some more power out of this.
Little Update, still havent got round to fitting a bigger turbo or megasquirt yet, but i was intrigued to see how much power the Saloon was making on a Stock Turbo at 14psi.
So took it for a Rolling Road Session.
I was quite shocked, was hoping for getting somewhere near 200 at the Rear Wheels but came away with just 229RWHP and a reasonable amount of torque.
Just need to find some time to give it some more boost!!!
last decent one i found was for my aunt, normaly aspirated 2.3 auto, still quick
