Hey guys Just thought I'd say well done and thanks again to everyone who organised the show. ;D ;D ;D I loved it and can't wait for next year, plus I hope you've started a trend with the RWYB Sprint as it was brilliant fun!

Sprint was quality wasn't it. I was the second driver of the Red S13, the first time it was out was the owner driving it. It was myself and the 3rd driver who managed to spin (oops), my spin being the first on the exit of the chicane and not the actual owner of the car. Just trying to save face for him hehe - he can actually drive the car Was brilliant fun and a brilliant show

Sprint was a top idea, fair price too. watching people go round and round trackday or race, is a bit dull for me, but each person/and car getting to parade round was enjoyable to watch and enjoyable to do - I bet! Ace, I will take part next time, will we have 2 days of track next year?

it doesn't matter if it's a Morris Marina or a Toyota Celica - it's what you do with it that counts

Are we right in thinking you were sprinter #1? if this is right... you sir instantly became my 'Hero of the Weekend'

Yup - big huuuuge shout out & thanks to all the organisers involved - Keefy, Hotwire et al. Poor Keefy looked mentally & physically drained Friday night - I think next year (If it happens again) We need more volunteers who are pre delegated & versed on their individual tasks before the day. Having said that - the day was really enjoyable, with the relaxed atmosphere adding to the whole laid back feel. Big thanks to Peaches & Keefy's friend (with the Red MK3 Golf) For supplying all the BBQ stuff on Friday night - that really helped brake the ice & got people chatting. Also thanks must go to Bryn for the excellent commentry during Saturday, as Rainking and I were discussing, there was enough information to be informative & interesting but without being patronising

Hi Folks. I organised the Opel Manta Owners Club presence at the show on the Saturday and I'd like to say a big thank you to the organisers on behalf of the club. We all enjoyed ourselves and look forward to doing it again next year if you'll have us back.
If I may suggest it, there didn't seem to be any publicity for the show in the local paper (the Leicester Mercury) or on the radio or local TV either. The 'Murcree' (as we locals pronounce it) produce a 'What's On' guide every Thursday and have a motoring supplement each Friday. I think they'd give you some really good coverage if you gave them the details for next year.
Now if we can have the same weather next time too, that would be great.
Thanks again to all concerned.
Joe.
