Well after reading Johnnysomersets new project thread I wend to find out what SSR Tomcats look like and stumbled across this thread: For Wheel porn click here    Noticed a few members I recognise and this is prolly a pearoast but its a worthy pearoast!! Its made me want something old an Japanese but I must behave!! |

the wheels are TOM's wheels  13x8 or 13x9, dunno for sure may i post my own japanese wheel porn?  Sadly only yahoo pics, because this set is still on its way to me (should be here within a few weeks)    13x9 ET -30 |

maybe, if you can find some 4x108 to 4x114,3 pcd changing spacers you get TON's and TON's of wheels choices in the most silly sizes!

well, wheels in japan are super cheap (i bought those 2 SSR MKII's in 4x110 PCD for 70 euro, that's about 50GBP, another set of 2 13x7 ET0 4x114,3 wheels where 40GBP and they where like NEW). But a quick calculation to have an idea of total costs is: price*3 Dunno how your duty system works, but overhere they random pick packages from outside the EU to check value and tax which you need to pay, so if your lucky (in our dutch case) it's less then 3times the buy price. There is some cheaper shipping, by boat, it saves about half of the shipping costs (roughly 70GBP by EMS and 45GBP by boat), but it's a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG wait, NO track&trace, so I just went for the EMS route every time And it's easy, just find a contact in japan (i use this guy, no crazy fees, but sometimes he's a bit slow, but I used him for the last 2 years, and never ever had a problem with him or his packages), search for wheels, pay the contact in japan to bid, win, and wait only problem is, he won't (or the japanese post won't) send wheels with tires still on them, so best is to find wheels without tires. //edit: and don't forget, a LOT of wheels are sold in pairs |

not as many in 4x100,you have to have a good look.also on top of that is the shipping inside japan,bank charges in japan and the % that goes to whoever dealing with them.also depends what wheels your after as some are not that cheap.you can get wheels off ebay here sometimes and they work out cheeper.just depends what your looking for.
