Help with getting Avatar Working

I'm sooo sorry for having to post this but...

Ive saved my proposed avatar in photobucket, set the dimentions as 100x75, tried to modify my profile, but theres no button to 'save details'?

Why wont my avatar save....

If you go profile > modify profile > then enter the url of the image in the 'Avatar URL:' box > bottom left of the screen is Modify Profile button. Should be job done

why my avatar is displayed at 65x65 when i am selecting
100x100 pls
