been a way for a while, come back and cannot reply to the manifesto of OOOOOFF any more, is it closed?

We found too many people just posting up a picture into it and then we'd lose out on discussion about that car, also people posted up pictures of their own car which was also going a bit against what the thread was about ... so we encourage people to post pictures of OOOF worthy cars in the general discussion. Sometimes they go in the thread, some times they don't.
