Just spent 3 hours removing seats, plastic trim, centre console, various bits and bobs, carpet and saturated soundproofing out of my wifes 99 Felicia because of a bl**dy water leak which I CAN'T FIND... I'm off to drill a hole in the floor.....

Windscreen needs sealing mate,i work for a dealer and it is the biggest fault on the Mk-2 Felicia, even then it might not solve the problem which is a curse word. Also squeeze the water out of the sponge under the dash above your fuse board as you will have more than just water problems.

I'm with steve (Skudupnorth) on this. I had a windscreen replaced in my old Favvy. The new screen leaked like a curse word. Tried every sealer I could find, as the mobile fitted said "Nowt to do with us, it was fine when you signed it off".
It could curse word a gallon, and it wouldn't leak, but get a drizzle on it from the right angle and it would flood the drivers side footwell, and soak all the foam sound-proofing.
Sold it on sunny day, during a dry spell.
Unfortunatley, the guy that bought it off the guy that bought it off me, ended up losing it to an elecrical fire. Never did find out if it was under the bonnet or the dash.
Oi Kenton, if you read this, where was the fire BTW?
