Hi all, I have been experiencing
account activation problems and I note that others are experiencing similar problems.
The issue I have is that I cannot log in to activate the account. I keep getting the 'Error: Please login to continue to the activation process' message.
Things I have tried;
Hyperlink directly from the activation e-mail.
Waited 24 hrs since receipt of activation e-mail.
Turned off pop-up blocker.
Disabled anti-virus.
Deleted Retro-Rides from my favourites.
Deleted all history, cookies and temp files.
Reduced all security levels to low.
Entered the activation URL into the trusted sites zone.
Checked keyboard settings (for language, caps lock etc.).
I am at a loss as to what to try next - can anyone help please?
BTW using IE7 as my browser on a P.C.
