I have here 60 copies of 'Hot Car' magazine,
These cover a period from about 1970 to about 1978
Obviously not a complete set, but lots of great reading.
In generally good order, bear in mind that these have very thin paper 'covers', unlike todays glossy mags, so are very prone to damage. Expect the odd bit of 'dog-earing'.
These are some top notch magazines, stuffed full of all the stuff we love, and crammed with period performance tuning and motorsport. Hot Car covered pretty much all bases so there really is something for everyone: Rods & Customs, testing & tuning then-brand-new kit, amatuer motorsport like sprints, hillclimbing etc.
Here's a random sample of what they look like:
Have a look on eBay: Trev Alder (Oldcarmags) asks £6-£7 per issue for these, so bit of a steal. I had hoped to do the same but have just never really found the time.
