Hmmm. Not sure what happened to my original ad - search says no. So, to recap. 1995 Legacy GL estate. Bought in October, immediately driven 1000 miles to France and back and used as my daily commuter, along with the 2CV - keepin' it horizontal! 67k miles, full service history - including the latest stamp picked up TODAY! Needed only rear wheel cylinders. Including me, only three owners from new, but one of those was the supplying dealer. Excellent parts hauler with four-wheel drive and dual-range gearbox. Everything works, even the original Subaru stereo cassette. MoT until October, tax until March so until then, cash free motoring other than the purchase price! Open to sensible offers. Must go to fund other retro lustings and to help fund the Rover recommissioning exercise. It's been a fine old motor, with a lovely sounding engine, but she ain't retro enough!

This'll soon have fresh tyres and the tracking sorted out because the local garage kindly made the tracking worse (they started work before I actually said ok). It was low on tyres anyway, so I said "hold it for now" but they put it back together far from perfectly - squeals a treat on roundabouts!
Looking to get it done this week. Open to offers and swaps!

This delightful slab of J-tin is still for sale, but with the tax up at the end of the month and the front wings a little scruffy, I shall entertain offers around the £850 mark. Perhaps a moderator could shift this over to the Swaps section though, as I'd definitely be interested in swapsies for something older.

Still available and still willing to swap for a little classic. Or even some money! Can negotiate on price as the lack of funds means that if it doesn't go, I'll be SORNing it at the end of the month. Maybe I should just park it up and keep it for next winter!

Still open to swapsies - price now adjusted to £795 and that includes over five months tax now too!
To be honest, it makes no sense getting rid of a car this good and reliable, but then I never was sensible!

Scruffy wings? Got any pics of these?
Also, does it have a towbar?
Thanks

Right - fresh pics! Taken tonight. Rear arches - no problemo Front right - iffy Front left - iffier But don't forget, you can unbolt the iffy bits and throw them away! Often wings on Ebay - but I don't have time to tinker with the Subaru.

Well, it looks like my last premium was under £200, so not horrendous by any means! Has an aftermarket fob-type immobiliser.

Sadly, a Saxo is about as far away as it's possible to get from my ideal next car! But thanks for the offer.
I generally average 30mpg, and I'm no pensioner behind the wheel. That said, I check levels religiously and never extend a cold engine - and I mean oil-warm, not water-warm.

I need to shift my saxo before I can get another car sadly, although this would be pretty good for lugging paintball gear(and players) around the country to games in!

Hi Rusty - remind me of the details? Isn't on my "must have" list, but I'm a fan of small Hondas...
