Righto, I'm after something for a daily driver.
I'd prefer it to be as cheap as possible and have at least 6 months MOT. RWD would be awesome as well, like an old vaux or something. Anything considered, but can't have silly size engine due to where I live (liverpool) as I'll get shafted on insurance (so less than 2litre). I don't want to spend more than a grand really. I know it's a lot to ask, but it's worth a shot! Pictures would be great too ;D

Have a 1.3 civic but no t+t on it, but worth a shot and is definately a lot of fun and cheap to insure, wont need much for the mot in my opinion just the hand brake tightening up and the exhaust sealing/welding where it goes from standard pipe to the 2" system but I'm not a qualified mot tester, all 4 tyres have life left in them, starts easily and is a nippy lil fella

I don't know how a 1973 MGB GT will take your fancy. It's got 12 Months MOT and 6 Months Tax. You won't be attacking the underneath of this car everytime with an MOT (floors and legs are all solid and unwelded). In recent years it has had new outer sills and a N/S castle section. When I put the sill fillers on the inner membrane of the sill looked pretty tidy all the way down too and the side members are spot on. Interior is good all round and so is the engine and gearbox with the O/D working fine and I have given the engine a service. Exterior is a little worse for wear. It will need two new wings and an arch (I will be supplying a good wing and arch in the sale), but the chromework is mint (Stainless bumpers, and original tidy chrome). This has done a genuine 54,000 miles with MOTs to prove, but it is now my sole daily, and it has driven fine with no real clonks etc present. Insurance for me is great. I was 23 when I took out the policy and I am paying £103 Fully Comp . £1300ono and it's yours. Can PM me for my number for more info.

To get a standard A40 this low, you'd have to dig a hole to put it in
