	A mate offf mine owns a 1940's Diamond T truck that pulls a 40ft diner trailer , This unit is going to be at RR09 , well over the weekend the lunatic took it up the strip (trailer attached) at the nostalgia nationals at shakey , ran a 27 sec quarter pulling a 40ft brick , cant copy the pic but its on eurodragster www.eurodragster.com/shakespearecountyraceway/live/2009nsranostalgianationals/pictures/sunday/images/pic54.asp If you see him at RR then go and say hello , his food is top notch as well

	i watched the guy manouver that thing out the pit area, thinking wouldnt it be cool if he ran it down the strip ;D and he headed into the fire up road staged and ran an awesome rig, and a totaly cool day out with some totaly fab rides
	1.2 corsa daily, 1.8t a4 avante, 6.3ltr austin a40....

	I'm sure we saw that Diamond T truck at last years nasc nationals. It was a restored rolling cab when we saw it and still needed fitting up. Looked damn cool even then.

	yes it was at the retro show and the nasc nats last year , i think he plans on doing a solo run in it at some point , The whole rig is going to be set up at RR09 , Blokes name is Derek , he's a friendly ol git and if ya get him talking about the truck then you'll never get away , just don't mention is galaxie racer , mustang , couped minor or any of his other yank pick ups , He's a total petrolhead .
