POSTED ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE ON VZI: www.volkszone.com/VZi/showthread.php?t=575684Got home last night to find that my garage has been broken into and my set of 17" Cup 2s have been stolen. They are quite unusual as they are genuine Porsche, all 7" wide with brand new PZeros on the fronts, knackered tyres on the rears. Although the police have a good description, van reg no. and address to go on (the bastards also binned a load of trash in the skip outside my house which contained domestic waste including council tax bills!), they do not hold much hope of me getting my wheels back. Could people in the Sheffield area please keep a sharp eye out for these wheels, and let me know if anything turns up. I'll also be keeping a look out on eBay. Thanks for your help. Cheers, Dave Sparkes 07775 842741

That is disgusting behaviour by the Police Imo.
They have all the information on a plate but they still won't act. Don't want to affect the crime figures eh.
I'd be round there with a bat after the normal channels have obviously failed.

Will keep an eye out, they are every where at moment, seem to be able to sniff a skip at 100 yards Reading thread on Vzi, they may have recoverd the tyres, but no rims
