I'm going down to Sparkford on the Saturday afternoon.
I'm in Oxford so I'll either take the A34 down to Andover and turn right or the twisties through the Downs past Wantage and Devizes.
Am I alone in wishing to make this journey at this time or would anyone like to join me and travel in convoy with a tatty Mk2 Polo?

Whats your planned route for the Wantage - devizes way. If its A338 A4 then you'll literally pass my front door and i'm pretty sure we'll be going down on saturday afternoon.

we are going to leave oxford sat afternoon too- planning to take A4 via wantage as well- past marlborough and towards bath then down.

I was thinking of turning right for Marlborough, turn left at Avebury, but it's possible there may be a better route than that. Gentlemen, it would seem we done got us a cawn-voy. |

Timetable for us, leave Oxford just after 3, hook up with Locoster in Great Shefford between 3 and 4, thence to Sparkford. So look for a Type 25 Westfalia in convoy with a Landrover towing a 205 on a trailer. |

ok. Be safe. No speeding! As for us in amesbury- we are meeting era in his black rx7 between 3 and 4. Depends when we leave. Some where.. Amesbury town central.  sorry for vagueness. |
