Can't remember who other than HoTWire at RCS wanted to see these pics... And for the rest of you, this is 'MogWhy?', being built by my mate Nick, who some of you may have met at the show... Details: Take 1 £200 beetle, whack a fresh MOT on it, remove body and throw in skip. Shorten chassis by 18 inches, roof chop a Morris Minor pick-up cab and bolt it on top of the chassis. Make rear 'buck' out of random sections of exhaust pipe. These photos were taken after seven days!

I was just looking at the Vzi thread on the same subject. An absolute work of genius. It could start a whole new trend of Beetle hybrids...all we need is one of those V8 Triumphs and a Bug and we could make a....

Here's another mad Moggie, from the NSRA Nationals at the weekend. I have no idea what is in it, but from memory it was running sub 13 second quarters. I have some more pictures which I will post later when I have the time.
