Following my comment in this thread by Street, I'm aiming to compile a UK map/listing of people who would like to volunteer Pony Express services on an ongoing basis rather than one off journeys so that those offers that do get posted don't just sink away. Since I've offered to get it compiled.. What I'll do is ask for replies on here on where you are and what you can offer and edit this post as we go so there's a complete list from the beginning rather than having to trawl through stuff..
EDIT: Now we have a reasonable list, I've made a real map thingy on Google. Everything on it will correspond with this post. Can't wait to hear that this thing is actually being used..

I am in the lucky position to have quite a bit of space and the facility to store quite a lot - including cars if needed. Fairly centrally placed for London, Midlands, South Wales and the whole of the South West....Area 52 has a LOT of RR members coming & going from all over who can deliver to or collect from the unit. I am more than happy to offer Area 52 as a kind of 'hub' for people to drop off/collect items for other people.

transport - nothing currently, but should be back on the road by may, with a large pickup truck, also have a trailer and A frame, but that would have to be VERY local work
regular routes - area52, london, most of the 'major' meets - if you're not in a hurry I can usually sort it out

Regular routes - Brussels to Dusseldorf, Cologne, Aachen is en route and Bad Breisig (in-laws). Also get up to NL. Occassionally up to Harlingen (North). Belgium aint that big and Calais is only 2hrs - so can help out wherever possible.

Transport - viva estate so sets of wheels and small engines possible..
Regular routes - radstock to westbury wiltshire in the week for my daily commute can do trowbridge, frome, norton st phillip etc enroute plus A52 once to twice a month.. and others when I'm out and about to verious car and bike shows..

have a good friend with a transit recovery lorry that can collect and deliver for a decent rate.. just ask if I can help I will
