The MK1 has to go - too many VW's now and I've not got the time to sort her out, gutted cus I love it, best car I've driven. Anyway, fuel injection system is curse word and the brakes need sorting. Good money has been spent on the lowering and suspension. Xreg 5 speed 1600 - Red. What do you reckon it's worth? Tan

I like long walks, especially when they're taken by people I don't like.

Well, if Practical Classics is anything to go by, immaculate ones go for over £2000, and Mot'd runabouts go for £1400, so I'd say if your car's in good nick besides the injection and brakes, £1700 would probably be reasonable, and guarantee you a sell eventually.
