Whats the rules regarding bbqs/fires etc for the camping at the gathering?

We have a raised off the floor pit we take to shows and fill with charcoal for cooking, is that cool?

BBQs were allowed, think they had to be lifted off the ground.

Fires were not allowed, but our raised BBQ seemed to be more a fire when the meat was on it.

Of course this was info from last year so it could of changed.
