The V8 Hotel

The hotel is based in the centre of Stuttgart's Meilenwerk - a German international hub for car dealers. Guests can sleep in everything from a Morris Minor to a Mercedes.




Some rooms are quite mild (but still pretty cool):




But some are bloody fantastic for a petrolhead to stay in (if a little too chintzy and knowing). Not sure if your missus would think the same…




Wonder if the lift at the top of the bed is real? Could get real interesting if you knock the 'up' button in the middle of the night...

I think that looks pretty damn cool. My wife on the other hand would probably not be quite so keen on it for a romantic break...

It looks like a great place to stay!, Almost like a over grown childrens bedroom!.

But am i the only one who thinks the first few photos look photoshopped a bit?, The V8 Hotels signs look a bit fake to me?.

I was looking in to staying at this place next week, but they don't have any themed rooms available on the day we will be there.

I am off to Stuttgart in October for the beerfest and to see the Porsche museum, I have all ready booked my "normal" hotel but will be sure to have a look around this one for next time, but some of the rooms do look like the sort of curse word that the Changing Rooms program use to do ;D

My mate posted this on my facebook the other day. Looks awesome. If I ever go to Germany, I'll try to make a point of stopping in. Looks like a right laugh
