With 2 friends, I went to the Oldtimer GP at the Nurburgring.

It's an unmissable event in my annual calendar now.

Yeah, it's a mind-blowing event. Best old car meet in the world, I'd say.

Yep that's a Lola T70... usually a few racing and they are awesome to watch and listen to.

Stig Blomqvist drifting a 7 litre Ford Gallaxy (the size and shape of a bungalow) is a sight to behold as well. In fact, there's so much to see, it's hard to know where to begin describing it really.

Don't know 2011 dates yet but it is always early-mid August.

Fantastic value as well, the 3 day ticket is 58euro which gives you about 30 hours of racing over 3 days... (that's "weather permitting"... which it quite often doesn't!)
