So, some of you may remember of have even taken part in thisWell, I'm stealing that idea and one of its photographers and doing the same thing for my magazine, Retro Ford. I've been threatening to do it for a while but due to the non-stop caper that is my life I've yet to act on it. Well, that time is now! Same as last time, we'll get up at "Jeezuz, it's early" o'clock and then we'll hit London via a to route which is yet to be penned by Dan/VIP/O (or whichever alias he's using this week). Bruce will take pictures, we'll all go to the ace for a breakfast and we'll all get splashed across six pages of Retro Ford. WIN! Want in? All you need is a suitable Ford. A Mk1 Fiesta, Mk1/2 Escort, Capri, Pop, Cortina, Corsair or Granada and a willingness to be up very, very early one morning. The dates have yet to be chosen, I need the people first. I'm aiming for around 12-13 cars, a nice manageable number. Please only sign up if you CAN do it. If it helps, we're probably going to be looking at late November/early December. We'll get that frosty winter thing going! So, come on then, who wants a bit of this.... I stole these images from the other thread AND I DON'T CARE! MWA HAH HAAH HAAAA! Ahem. Chris

quite gutted that the pop won't be ready in time tbh, though that would be an epic journey and a half to get that down to london!

Phoenixescort, bring it anyway, roll-look for the win? "Honestly officer I walked out of the petrol station to find it like that. Some evil born out of wedlock must have done it - mebbe you should find him instead of wasting my time, I've a dawn drive to get to don't you know!......" ;D I only wish I hadn't made quite as good a job of denting nearly every panel as I did. Ah well, mebbe next year Unless I give in to some terrible urges I'm having at the moment and chop the CRX in for something to give me my classic Ford hit.

Being made redundant and unemployed this time of year seems to have its benefits. Where from and what route ? ie: Congestion zone etc. I guess German made Ford Metal, wrapping up modern Zetec will be OK? Or is it not (ob)scene enough ?
