After seeing the stuff in the other thread I have come across something which I really do want, and now I am seeing if I can afford it (curse you RR, you make me bankrupt again  )  Unfinished restoration project, originally from Czech Army and not registered, taxed or tested. In fair condition, needs tidying and small amount of work to make it roadworthy. Brand new tyres all round, I also have a full spare set of brake shoes. Warwickshire. Offers around £1500. |

I like the way they build em, looks like the bottom half of the doors is identical front and rear, and the top section looks like you use a reversed front one on the back door, I bet the come apart as well to lighten them up for air transport.

That's brilliant. You do still see these in use (civilian) in Poland, Slovakia and Czech but rarely these days. I've always thought of them to be the ultimate Eastern Block utilitarian. Never had a ride in one though. I'm guessing PS found it through Fiat connections as the owner evidently drives a modern Fiat |
