Ok i'm looking for a very small petrol or smaller derv..
cheap as possible cosmetic condition COMPLETELY irrelivent..
possible choices
Cinquecento or Sciecento (sporting would be nice) Ka Small fiesta Micra small civic corsa Nova Ka Metro
you get the picture...
would also consider a larger derv like a B3 passat or golf TD..
'might consider' a frenchy but not keen really

Ideally next monday or tuesday. So anything too far north, or too french, 2nd dibs please!

Looks tidy, but to large an engine for me really i'm looking for uber frugality, just doing my tax return I worked out I spent nearly 6k on fuel last year in just my car, if I look back to when I had a B3 Td passat as a daily it was less than half that...
Also looking now at xantia TD's anything really as long as it works and is good on the gogo juice..
I'd like something retro but the choice is limited, I'd love another Mini or and Imp Fiat 600 or summat like that but most are out of budget

Can you define 'super cheap' (to buy) please?
Have a Passat TDi S (55mpg) and should be getting a Vectra 1.7TD shortly. The Vectra is an early ('N' reg) mingebag spec model with the rather fantastic Isuzu engine. Not a great deal of MOT (will have a poke round to see what it wants) but it runs ace and will be very cheap.

Not a great deal of MOT (will have a poke round to see what it wants) but it runs ace and will be very cheap. £500 absolute tops, would prefer to spend half that and have a few jobs to do as being a grease monkey i get parts for trade and have somewhere nice and warm to work! yeah looked at that, not sure i could bring myself to drive what is effectivly a purple handbag, but you never know, I had a kia pride one and was very impressed with it... Ellie ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Yup very tempted by this, I know it's very cheap, but i'm slightly worried by how close the MOT is, almost certainly needs a set of front arms if the tracking feels out, not a problem as they are cheap and easy to fit, but worried by what else could be up with it...

BUMP...
gonna resort to one of the ebay snotters soon, AX or Cinq most likely, though there's 405 in camo paint that takes my fancy!
Shorty that'd be great if it doesn't need to much (preferably welding if anything as that's free!) I could be very interested..
Sorry theheap to big an engine for me...
