I've always loved P4's Def on my list to do one day (maybe one day soon) I did this back in 2011 to use as a Sig on here when I nearly bought one

Here's the bit of grot. Its about 2 inches high and 3 inches long. Its the only bit that's bad on the car (There are a few bubbles dotted around, but nothing serious) Nice easy repair in a nice easy location. Wouldn't surprise me if you can simply buy a corner repair panel for a few quid, you can literally buy everything else for these!

She already is nice mate
Few bubbles here and there and a bit of grot on one side of the front valence.
A few general bits and bibs here and there would see her being spot on...

I looked into one of these only a few months ago, I decided they are pretty dire. If you do get one, you definitely need the Triple T later one, its comes with the Nissan turbo engine and 5 speed auto box. The earlier one has an 'estimated' top speed of around 74mph. I worry why its estimated, like no one had the balls to try You're looking at £700ish to get one with an mot, then tax, insurance etc. I'd stick with the BnBs

1967 Triumph Herald 1200 10 months ticket Tax free Bodywork is really good, few bubbles dotted around and the normal bit of grot on the front flip front leading edge on one side. Floors, chassis etc all solid I've not long had this, but my perfect car has just come up for sale so disappointingly I have to try and sell this. Everything appears to work as it should, engine is strong, I've just had the head off for a quick refresh and whilst i was in there I replaced the exhaust valves. Gearbox does whine in 1st, but i'm unsure if they just do that as its a non syncro first. I've just given it a full ignition service, points, condenser, rotor, dizzy cap, leads and plugs Basically a really presentable early Herald I have a new rear window seal and 2 new uj's for the rear as one is moaning a little. Located in Burton on Trent £1900

That is an incredibly boring answer
To answer your question PU sealant will hold your car to the side of your house, so holding some flares on will be a breeze

I need to purchase some lows and wheels and an engine for the current project, so I need to free up some space and funds First up a set of 4 Goodyear EfficientGrip 215/70 r16 Came of my Vitara when i bought it, previous owner chucked them on only 5 months before, so they are pretty much as new. I only took them off to fit mud tyres £140 MGF roof is excellent condition, no rips or tears. Plastic back window, few light marks as expected £100 Racing Hart C4 18" alloy wheels. 9" fronts, 10" rears. 5x114.3 PCD These retail at £1800 a set when new. One has seen a kerb and needs fettling with a soft hammer or paying someone (which would be my choice), i got quoted £70 to have it straightened on a jig, but then I sold the car. The damaged one has no tyre, the other 10" has a worn tyre and the front have good condition tyres £150 This is the damaged wheel: All items located in Burton on Trent and collection would be best

What's 'the blue glue' by the way? Bad slang for welding, because its blue and pretty and it glues panels together...

Life is getting in the way at the minute so I've shelved the Jago project for the foreseeable future (read maybe permanently) I can't not have a Retro in my life though, so the search began. I was driving through the lanes near my house on the way to kill some bunnies and there by the side of the road was a '67 Herald 1200 with a for sale sign in the window. Literally middle of nowhere, old boy clearly hasn't heard of eBay. Worked in my favor though as i knocked a grand off his asking price and the next day I drove my new Herald home. She's in pretty damn find condition, bodywise there is a few bubble here and there and the classic leading edge of the front wheelarches need tickling with the blue glue, but i'm happy. Mechanically I don't think she's had much love for a while. The engine is pretty tired, but runs quite nice, i'm hoping whipping the head off and giving it a refresh will suffice whilst i run her out of the 12 months mot she has, then i can think about an mx5 swap. I did a complete ignition refresh yesterday and she now starts on the button and the horrible misfire has gone Anyways, have a pic Plans are to drop her down and add some banded rims, mx5 engine and i'm hoping that will be pretty much it, but we all know how that pans out

I'd prefer to sell rather than swap; not yet decided what I'm replacing this with, but i think it might be a convertible again, and probably a similar vintage (possibly a little newer - there's loads out there I'm tempted by but i need to sell this first).
