How I bought her... Bought her off a lad from here, forgot his name now, had 43k on the clock, payed 650 for it, went to come pick it up and the rad exploded 5 minutes into the journey home, the lad we bought it off decided to fix it free of charge which was very nice so he replaced it. a month on and my dad picks her up     Pretty mint, I saw her and fell in love, was impressed to not find any rust when I got her home   Then along came these.. trial fit..   :dance:  which everybody told me they wont fit, so then I decided to buy myself an arch roller and roll the arches. as the prices to get them rolled where crazy I bought myself a roller for £300 and I have earnt my money back already doin g other peoples arches.   Then I bought tyres to stretch on for perfect arch clearance..      but then I had a very sever problem with arch rolling, and I cant afford coilovers at this time, so I decided id be best with 600lb rear springs. Fitted, and how she looks now 4 months from buying...  The good....   And the bad :blub: :blub:   Thanks for reading, comments and criticism accepted  I have my driving test on 29th april so if I pass ill be getting this down to some shows and meets Tom |

What a great job you've done on that 'lil Fiesta! Some simple well thought out wheel and stance improvements have transformed it. Well done! Very best of luck with the test, I'm looking forward to seeing it at the shows! What are the vital statistics on the rim width and tyre size? Looks awesome!  |

Thanks dude, comments like this bring the motivation back up to get her finished ;D the rear wheels are 13x8 alleycats and the tyre size is 165/55/13 i have someone coming over soon to get the exhaust tucked up all nicely as it was welded incorrectly ;D |

Have you any pics of the arch roller and/or it in action, I've sort of guessed what they may be like but never seen one in the flesh.

When there was loads of these about i never thought much of them but i quite like them now. The wheels suit this one, good work. Can you flip the bumper over 180° easily? I'd be tempted to have those badges off and mount the plate under the bumper and move the reverse to the passenger side. It looks good in my head. |

Looks ace well done matey. Have I seen it on WW?
I was thinking, hmmm what size tyres on those 8"s, now I know.
I have some 8" slots to go on my K11 at some point, and have been umming and ahhing about 165 or 175, I thought I had settled on 175, but those 165s look fine.
What size are the tyres on the 6's, could you even up the poke and stretch a little with some 145s and some spacers?

cheers for all the comments the front tyres are 165/55's like the rears, but I'm on the lookout for 7'' fronts , once if find some it will sit pretty mint took 3 hours for my friend at kwikfit to stretch the tyres on, everywhere else refused. |

That's a neat little fiesta, can't decide on whatever the yellow lights work with the cars color or not..
I like craigs idea about the plate, and can't wait to see the car with wider front wheels.

Looks great! Always fancied a mk1 fiesta. Definitely needs 7's on the front to make it look right but I can tell already how good its going to look
