Picked up a huth pipe bender recently, so can now offer a completley custom stainless exhaust system for your car at a budget price. The exhaust boxes are excellent quality, far better than what you would get from powerflow for example, proof of that is in the sound! Usual 304 stainless grade, comes with all new clamps, and we've stocked up on a range of good quality up rubber mountings to make sure theres no wobble/play in the exhaust and it isnt going anywhere! Custom built to your specification, you can choose the bore size, how you want it to sit, how loud or how many silencers, and whatever tailpipes you like. Couple of examples of what we've knocked up in the last few of days.. Got a few more to make so will get some more pics up as we do more. If your interested, just give me a pm and I'll sort you my phone number. The workshop is in Redhill, Surrey, so you'll have to bring your car to me. May sort out some entertainment (xbox/ps2) for the people waiting. Or we're only 5 minutes away from the town, so you can marvel at wonderous Redhill, ha. Can also do any other mechanical work if need be.

Ah a bastuck style pipe, ish shexy! What engine have you got? Problem is I havent got a mk1 polo here, so it would be difficult to get it right where it meets the other system. Fair old treck, but could you not bring the car down to me?

Whos your mate at RSR? Know most of them down there. Think Marks the only one making them there? We'll be cheaper anyway! And you get decent quality boxes rather than the powerflow wibblepoo.
Roll cages I'm not sure if the bender will bend CDS, we will give it a go in due time though.
Side exit on a jetta wont be a problem. Just give us a shout.
Cant really do manifolds at the moment, but the exhaust system will be fine.

don't suppose you can show me a picture of the hillman's exhaust can you? Its hard for me to quote for a car without seeing it, and I've lost the book of exhausts somewhere in the workshop. don't think it listed many of the classics though.
Decat pipe wont be a problem, again I need to see it before giving a definate price. Just give us a shout when your ready.

Just my luck. There's been avenger exhausts on ebay for ages, complete with illustrations. As soon as I want to see one, they're gone

Sounds like a bargain to me! If I were able to drop the old system over to copy would you be able to bend the pipes up? I'm happy to install the fella myself at home but the car is off the road at the moment.

Porsche 924 - gone Citroen Saxo VTR - not very retro but I loved it - now gone... MK4 Golf GTi 1.8T - gone but hardly remembered... Mini Cooper S R53 - gone BMW 125d Coupe - gone (mostly sideways)
Ford Focus RS Mk1 - hello low MPGs and "wanna race me" at every set of lights... 1973 BMW 2002 - Twin 40's, 284 Cam, Revolutions, E21 Recaros + more Porsche Cayman 987 3.4S - here and due to cost me more money than I have

Grunty, sorry must of missed your reply, is it a 110 or 130? Do you want it over the chassis and through the rear quarter? Or just running standard?
Davey, I had a quick look on google, and there is some pics, just not sure what I'm looking for. Either way the exhaust I found doesnt look like a complicated system, so it'll be around the same price as a polo.
Only stainless at the moment, didnt think there was much of a demand for mild to be honest....
Bastuck are a german brand who make exhausts which from what I remember never fitted properly. A mate had one on his G40, wasnt even that low, but I remember it catching on a flatish road! Good looking though.

i don't think i could justify stainless on my civic to be honest, all i really need is about 2 m straight pipe 90 degree bend and then a back box.cherry bomb as i want it coming out just infront of the back wheel
