A friend has asked me if I know what this rear wing will fit, He got it in a job lot off parts and wants to sell it on   |

Think its to short for that merc its probably half the length, looks as though it may be for a 4 door car as it has a return lip on the front edge

Almost looks right for a Morris Ital/Marina but then you'd have a petrol flap hole in it if it were.

It came with a load off vauxhall spares so was thinking it may be related vauxhall or opel ?

It's defiantly a rear quarter panel, some kind of 4 door saloon?
My moneys on a BMW E30 4 door rear quarter.

Looks a bit like a mk2 cortina wing (not the arch or swage line though)

Opel Kadett B perhaps?  But like my other suggestion, there's a petrol flap in the way... and other differences now I look properly. |

Its the swage line that starts immediately below where the light goes that is puzzling.

It does look very ascona b 4 dr saloon-like to me too, but with not having a petrol flap and that crease line looking like it fades to nothing just before the wheel arch, I'm less sure. Closest so far though me thinks.  *edit* hold the phone, the one on the left is of course a commodore C, that's the car I'm thinking of! a la:  James |
