I've since had the history check details back on this car and it was owned by someone connected to an equestrian centre. It's a kit car and probably only ever saw tarmac if it needed fuel. As said you would almost certainly get in bother if you got caught driving round the M25 in it. Saying that I wouldn't mind betting more than a few Land Rovers are still running about like this.

Whats this farm use for MOT exempt? Taxation class is limited use, it's designed for vehicles that will basically only be used on the road to go from one field to another (or one point of use to another) but which don't fall into one of the other existing categories such as tractor. Oddly named as when I looked into it there was no limit to the mileage you could do and you were also permitted to run on red. Have seen a few hiluxs that have been registered as that from new - the vehicle MUST be kept road worthy even though it is MOT exempted.
