only 6k?? pah, just coming on song you can see the torque is only just starting to drop. that really would have been well run in by the time you were half way through mapping the lower rpm sites and ready to take all you could throw at it up top. I wasn’t there whilst he was doing it. Otherwise I’d probably of said to just do it 😂

If I’m not using the variable stuff, thought I’d fit some velocity stacks. With the variable stuff, there was a couple of big lips between the 2 stacks, with this it should nice and smooth now.....and it’s shiny 😎 Just waiting on bloke to stick it together

Yeah man👍👍👍
The car is a bit too loud though 😮 might need to do something to quiet it down, I do have a mid silencer, but the rear box is a cherry bomb type, so I guess il replace that first

Had a quick go at the Combustion chambers, left the old valves in as i didn’t want to damage the seats, (putting new valves in anyway 👍) Before After........think I can get it more of a mirror finish Gunna be using cr12de valves, they’re the same diameter, but a longer stem, so no need for double shims (if any) and use some lash caps to get the correct clearance for the regrind cams I’ve got 👍👍 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

looking good there I wouldn't worry about a mirror finish in there tho, what you have looks fine, and just chamfer any sharp edges away would be as far as I'd personally go

Try get rid of the valve shrouding, the little step around the outside of the valve / valve seat. Nice job on the throttle bodies. I made a few for Micra rally cars in the past and they are awkward because of how close to the port the mounting bolts are.

Will do👍, gunna get a head gasket and bolt it To it and see what metal I can remove

Whats the gap like for the other rings of each piston? Cam timing out maybe? Also, any pics of the top of the block without a camera flash And the clylinder head gasket face as well. Although if it were mine, I'd possibly glaze bust those bores

The head and block have both been skimmed Cylinder 3/4 look a lot more ‘polished’ compared to 1/2......does this mean anything?
