Theres the Aussie mag, Good Guys, Car Craft, PHR and others all do similarly named contests.

Of those I go with 03, 09 and 08 in that order. And that (after some revision) is my final decision.

street machine magazine i assume , have they now run out of brit issue cars to feature in its pages?
(apart from the two Mk1 capris in the list, mk1 capa being a car magazine feature favourite anyway)

15 and 09... and that baby blue capri, on more period wheels, keeping the redwalls = win.
14 isn't bad either.... and 02 ;D

Most of them were ruined by totaly wrong wheels and ride height. Look like donks, especially the last capri is hideus, but would be beautiful with the right wheels and ride height. Nr.10 is plain disguisting due to the same reasons.

As you might have guessed by the Holdens and Falcons, this is Street Machine Magazine from Australia, so I don't really see why it should include British cars. If anything we've always had a strong emphasis on American muscle cars, especially in Street Machine. I subscribe to the mag but I haven't decided which one to vote for yet.

Based on past trends, the winner is usually an Aussie car with a blown V8 sticking out of the bonnet, so I'm picking that number 2 will win it. And yes, in case everyone's wondering, it is street registered. And mechanically injected on straight methanol. And the blower is not a 6/71, but a 10/71, giving 1500hp. And it's owned by a girl. Who drives it not only on the street (presumably when Mr. Plod isn't watching!) but also to a best of 8.16@169mph, which I believe was before the current engine. Serious stuff!

If you're a Holden fan pick your favourite GM car, of you're Ford fan pick your favourite Ford.

Having anything else in the lineup would cause every single Street Machine reader's brain to fail because the presence of another manufacturer wold not compute. Plus it wouldn't win anyway because nobody would vote for it.
