The end is in sight!! Went for a little drive tonight, just to bed the brakes in. Ignore the number plate, its just to appease the neighbors, stops it looking like a scrap car.... Loving it!! Finish the lights and then mot time!!

Get the front arch to sit like the rear and that will look amazing.

Hi Kieran, what size tyres are you running on the rear?
I trial fitted my fibreglass rear wings, and the tyres on mine are way to wide.

Kenton, I'm running 195/50 x 15 Toyo T1r's front and rear. The rear is a bit tight on the arch, but I made some ghetto flared arches by modifying it with a hammershaft..... Little bit more work done, Just finished porting the 120LS head for the engine thats going to be fitted. My other spare head had a cracked exhaust valve seat (strange on a 120 I think, but the crack wasnt between both valves, just up the exhaust seat?). Anyhow, had a trip to Jorily and he had this previously loved 120LS head sat upstairs and didnt want much for it. All porting done according to my czech book on tuning Estelles.... Valves smoothed and reshaped Ports matched to gasket and manifolds Just needs a quick skim then I'll shove it on. The S100 is booked in for a MOT Thursday, and the station informs they have spoken to Vosa and now know what to do regards moting a unregistered import....

Yip, I may drop the front a little, The Skoda suspension is double wishbone on the front, but dropping it too much seems to upset the geometery a little.
On a lighter note, I got my registration number through today, K reg and tax free.

Good man. Drop the front a touch and roll it hard.
Shouldn't think the geometry on the front will suffer terribly - the estelle/rapid double wishbone can drop 6" and still not start to change the camber or castor significantly... unless its a vastly different setup?

Similar set up, just shorter wishbones / narrower track.
Lowering the front reduces the amount of travel availablke and for it to handle you need the front soft and the back hard., Lower it too much and even with cut down stops, you are still on the bumpstops.

Picked some seats up today. They are out of a MG ZR, black half leather and with nice supportive bolsters. The standard seats are fine, just flat so when you get sporty on the bends, you are sliding around like mad.....!! Also picked this up too: Should go nice with the LCb exhaust and these: 34mm Keihin carbs, Like a cheap DCOE weber, but better
