cos theyve p1ssed me off for the last time vote with your feet and all that. I'm after names of alternatives, preferably ones who use DHL so I don't have to print off labels whilst at the workshop, and cos I got on with their driver!! I don't mind paying a little more, if it means I actually get some customer service. I know of interparcel, but I don't have a printer at the workshop to print the hdnl labels they require.

Senditnow don't need labels printing. £11 though, so a bit dearer.

Not all Interparcel services need you to print stuff off The DHL service you just write the address on and they have a small barcode label to attach on collection.
Certainly the last thing i sent via Interparcel/DHL thats all they did.
If you use their UPS service you need a printer

www.myhermes.co.ukI found parcel2go OK when I had to deal with them on a lost parcel. Not brilliant. But OK. But I did have pretty low expectations. Try DHL direct? Also either Staples or Office World or both do DHL in store - you go to them like you would the post office.

Don't get me started about Parcel2Go.
After a good few years of faultless service, the last five collections have resulted in many hours of phonecalls, five days of waiting for nothing and being fobbed off. It seems that booking a collection date means nothing now. THe last excuse I got for them not collecting on the day I booked was that the parcel didn't need to be delivered for 3-5 days so they were going to collect it "sometime before then"
I've since used Interparcel which actually came out cheaper for a 28kg parcel compared to P2G and collected when booked...just as it should be. I'll be sticking with them from now on I think.

I use interparcel and the ups economy service. Insured for £50 automatically (although you can up it) cheap and usually next day service too.
But as you say you cant print labels. Use the DHL service on there...? My mates just done it with a bike and the print there own.....

another vote for interparcel, i sent 10 to 15 parcels a week with em and they are excellent, any issues you ring them up, speak to a humann and it gets sorted, dhl needs no printed lable. don't use myhermes, they cant find their asses with both hands never mind actually deliver your parcels.

Interparcel ive always found good. Parcelmonkey are the cheapest and normally good, but if an item goes missing they are a pain in the bum.

I'm having a large problem with P2G right now, using DHL. But the problem was caused by both parties so I would say aviod both if you can.

parcel2go are a company best avoided. When you have a problem with them (and you will, sooner or later) they really don't give a toss. AND I think they sell your details third party. I got emails offering all kinds of special deals from P2G for over a year after I told them to stop and told them what I thought of their service.
Are you sending foreign or within the UK? I can recommend you a great foreign service one that uses DHL but its easiest used if you can print out A4 Airway bills.

P4D every time.
They use DHL, or always have when I've sent stuff.
Never had any problems, even when sending stuff 'slightly' larger than the supposed sizes.......like VERY well wrapped car bumpers.....for £6.99 + vat ;D

P4D again,
Excellent customer service. they actually treat you like you are a paying customer rather than a pain in the a$$ they'd rather not talk to.
