Was thinking about creating my own eBay.com listing offering global shipping then hitting buy it now on it from another account, whilst ordering from rock auto to be delivered to eBays global shipping address. Kind of like drop shipping. Does that make sense, there's none listed at present on eBay with global shipping. Ahh, yeh i guess that would work as long as they don't smell a rat at Rock Autos but i cant see why they would care. I have successfully manipulated the system a few times aa a seller selling a small item and then sending a big box with something completely different or multiples of the same item in it. They didn't twig so you may get away with that too..

I'm not sure quite what you mean. If rock auto is selling through the global shipping program then you just buy from them and its all sorted for you (it is expensive tho obviously)
If they arnt offering the global shipping scheme then you cant get it via that (unless you could persuade them to offer it)
There may be third party global shipping schemes you can try, I'm not sure!

You just want cheap as chips oil for cam break in. No fancy high ZDDP stuff. That goes in after the initial run in period.

It's the sherpa version of a transit county I think? They came like that from the factory.

The links are set for it to run counter clockwise.
Looks like all you need to do is connect live to one of the linked terminals and nutural to the other. Everything else is done for you by the look of it.

To be honest best bet is to do some googling and watch a few youtube videos and teach yourself how it works. It's not that complicated but there's different types of single phase motor so first thing to identify what you've got. It looks like it will be a start/run style motor with two capacitors and a centrifugal switch?

There not much clearance in a mini hub for anything that sits proud (like tie wraps!). I buy proper metal clips.

Silly idea maybe but is it not better to just get a petrol compressor?

tbh id ditch the hydro from the start and not waste my time on it. Done plenty of dabbling with it over the years and never been able to make it work how i wanted. Id be careful ploughing a load of money into it with so called 'experts' ive seen some bloody awful advice coming out of some of them. A guy makes a kit to convert the front to coils now. The rears requires turrets welding in but its worth it for a performance car. So much easier to set up a car with springs!

Does that engine use Siamese inlet ports? If it does that will most likely give you issues with charge robbing. Not unsolvable but tricky.

Cook off the silicone before you put the sensor in maybe?
Popping and farting doesn't nessicarly mean there's a problem tho. It's unburnt charge finding its way through into the exhaust. Common on overrun.

Yeh TFR is caustic. (That's all it is really caustic and soap. You can make it yourself easily enough!) That said I regularly wash the engine bay of my daily with caustic as I run it on veg and other than a slight etch to ally parts (which quite frankly are already very etched from road salt) its not hurt anything. Won't get mineral oil grime off tho.

We use Jizer in our parts cleaner and i just use the old stuff out of that normally.
About 20 years ago had a drum of Comma Hyperclean which was pretty much the same stuff and worked well. Brush on and agitate as much as possible then wash off with water.
In my experience avoid water based degreasers.

They definitely noise tested us on the Saturday for Quick60, maybe they never bothered on the Sunday? Seems a little strange if they didn't.
The other thing that was strange is the limit was 105 when Mallory is usually 103.
