A little bit more done on the front, I'm quite indecisive about how to shroud the radiator so just knocking things off the list so it simplifies options. I have put some side panels in to turn the wobbly profile of the inner wing in to a straight one so I can later make a nice square cover over it. Also I have trimmed the original front valance edge and extended it as to duct air better to the radiator. I have a bit of time off soon so I should be able to get more done. This is good.

I have done the front radiator and valance support. It's most of the front alignment sorted and looks allot neater than before. very chuffed with it. Getting there now, just every bit I do I add another couple to the list. Should get a few mornings on it now with a bit of luck.

Amazing, what a Goliath. This so needs a big old diesel chugger.

Finished the heater channel work today and it's all ready to mate. Busy this weekend so I'll have to wait till next week now to get on it.

The pedal assembly was a bit shabby so I replaced the floorpan section with some heavier gauge sheet, it seems ok for now but if it flexes more when it's all fully functioning I'll add some more bracing. The MIG got a dodgy trigger cable so I spent a couple of hours investigating before the fault was found. Now I just need to close off the bottom of the second channel and it can go back together.

Bit more done, one side of the bulkhead is done and the second heater channel is split. Result.

Shell is split to route the cooling pipes through the heater channels. And to sort out some issues.

Rear end is all measured up and made for now. I took all the rear inner wings out and now have some mounts for the wings and valance. Now that it all fits I can split the shell again to fit the rad hoses in place of the inner heater tubes.

Hi mate, thanks,
I solved the clutch problem, the input shaft off the type1 engine is not long enough to sit in the crank end needle bearing on type4 engines, I solved this by fitting a needle bearing in the flywheel.
And rhino mounts are fitted, I'm also fitting a rear mount to the engine.
