Also should point out knowing the state of Leonards engine that 55-60 would be more sensible. Its a Perfectly safe motorway speed (as I proved driving up from Leicester to Manchester last night)
And also will give you slightly better MPG (as I proved with Ary's 19mph from a no-quite-right tuning)

Only asking because I would love a photo of my Rickman "at speed" on the Motorway. ;D

Yeah, I'll be travelling down in the back of Rysz's Shuttle so I'll be brandishing a Nikon out of the rear side windows. ;D

Cheers Stef! Hoping to get the OD installed shortly and then I'll take it for a motorway 'thrash' and see what's what.

One way or another, it's coming off the road in July for an engine swap.
Most likely the 2.5 petrol I've already got.

If Leonard will hold 60-65 I'll probably bring him......unless it's a horrid, cold, rainy day, in which case I might bring Rex - the V890 instead.

Weather forecast's been updated, no longer any threat of snow, in fact it's looking dry, but very cold.

There's a rabbit-warren of car parks around the Maccy's/Wych Way Inn/motel, we'll be in the quietest one.

Except me, I'll be in Maccy's chowing down on a Breakfast Wrap. ;D

FWIW I shall either be down in a white 944 Turbo or the Stag (hopefully the latter if I can sort the brakes out in time, and maybe even fit a Speedo!).

Well I am writing this sat in hospital next to a wife in labour.

If all goes well will get wife's mk1 nova out the garage and bring daughter down to say hi before you all set off. She wanted to bring her bike to the beach again but the boy at maybe a day old might be a little too young for his first show.
