This year we're pre-booking both morning and afternoon sessions it helps us keep the event diverse, fair and makes our venue management much easier.
What we need:

At least one photo (front or rear)
Session applied for (Morning or Afternoon)
How did you hear about track applications? (Forum, Facebook, Instagram, etc. etc.)

It is £35 for Morning or Afternoon session, this doesn't include entry to the event so we'd suggest you get your ticket sorted beforehand to avoid slowing things down on the gates.
Cars must be road registered, Insured and taxed (MOT if required). All Documentation will be required on the day. Photo card is fine, old paper licence is fine, insurance certificate, MOT and VED print off from DVLA site is fine.
Helmets are mandatory (please bring your own if you have one). There are helmets to hire but will require £50 deposit (refunded on return).
Pre 1992 preferred but we can be flexible in terms of late registered models where they were manufactured before 1992.
Trailered Vehicles by negotiation in advance of application, because we have a limited space and logistics can be a nightmare.
One passenger max (no charge for passengers). Children are allowed provided they are able to be secured in the seat belts.
Paddock opens 1 hr before normal gate opens (so paddock will be open from 8am).

If accepted (we have limited spaces) then you will get a confirmation email with payment instructions – you will be given a specific payment Ref in order to pay via paypal
Please check your spam email for this confirmation email
Once payment is accepted then closer to the date a pack will be sent out with detailed instructions on where to go on the morning of the show
