Just requested my entry for the afternoon! Can't wait, despite several sprints, and numerous track days I've never been to or competed in a hill climb

What time do afternoon runs start? and does it matter what time I arrive, i.e. late morning?

You can arrive for an afternoon session whatever time you like

Paddock will be open for Afternoon session cars at around 12.30 - 12.45

We will have an area at the edge of the "show field" set aside for assembly ready for the afternoon session - I might even get a sign sorted so people are clear when and where they need to be to be ready for changeover....

In fact I will organise that sign now......

Can I just check. It says you need insurance documents. Mine are all online. Would that be ok? I will screen shot them Incase of no internet access.

Would prefer Print off's as it makes life a lot easier and quicker for the ladies looking after the document checking process - we have 60 cars to get checked off in a fairly short time period

I'm quoting myself here but just to state that mobile reception can be very patchy in the paddock area so please get your paperwork lined up in advance of arrival

Driver Requirements

Insurance - will accept Certificate or Covernote or a print from ASK MID - Click here

MOT - will accept paper Certificate or a print off from Gov.co.uk MOT checker - Click here

Driving Licence - Will Accept Photocard or Old Paper Style - if you have lost or miss-laid either then you can get print out (screen print) from DL Check - Click Here To access DL info you do need Driving licence number, National Insurance Number and Post Code

Once those have been checked - you will have to sign an indemnity and then attend drivers briefing before the start.

Co-drivers (people sharing driving a car) Need to just show DL and proof of insurance cover at same time as driver books in, sign an indemnity and attend drivers briefing before the start.

Passengers - just need to sign an indemnity and do not need to attend drivers briefing.








Note - VED - Now there is no requirement to legally display VED we aren't going to request proof for that - if you drove to the event it's pretty clear you should have it.

I'm guessing it is way past pre-booking now?

Hi juggs we are a bit past pre-booking now

We aren't going to sell on the day and we have 5 reserve cars lined up for any available session morning or afternoon so really I have to say yes you are a little late to apply and we have the issues of drop outs on the day covered I hope.

Both details have been passed over

If you haven't been refunded by Friday I will refund you myself - but I am conscious that the person I sent the details to was on holiday from after the gathering till early this week.
