Would love to do this, but I can't give a definite car, it all comes down to whats working on the day  I can cope with the odd vehicle change - if it qualifies as retro - it's been done in the past and it's all worked out OK I'll not accept someone turning up with a 65 plate rental from Hertz and expecting to still go up the hill because their retro car didn't make it...... |

Damn just seen this, emailed we've been having some email issues - it seems that "attachments" are giving issues so for the moment try without pictures attached as that seems to have resolved issues for other applications I am keeping a list of email addresses that are failing so that once the issue is fixed it won't affect the applications |

Easily the most entertaining cars to see are the unlikely ones.... we've certainly got some diversity in the cars already booked in and we are at 50% of the day booked already (capacity of 120 cars total) Once the booking process calms down - and we had a little email issue that slowed the process down - now fixed - I'll start a thread on what's oing up the hill with some information about the cars - I did the same last year for the Morning session pre-booked cars and it worked well. |

Hmm you should and it was sent - however we were having a few email issues so let me resend it Now resent - let me know if that got thro to you I do run a checks and balance process I get application I accept application and email regarding payment or I email to say sorry (so far in every case this year it's been because the car is too new) Reconciliation of payments takes place and if I find some haven't paid I chase up with an email This process continues until either payment reconciles or I replace entry with another after exhausting attempts to contact by email This year I've asked for a contact phone number - so I have an alternative method of contact to resolve issues. |
