Pretty sure it's the Google Maps app rather than Apple Maps, but I imagine it's all configurable. I haven't read the manual. I just blindly jab at the screen and see what happens.
Garage reckon the alarm's being triggered by the boot sensor thinking the boot's not shut when it is. Now thinking of buying a tweed deerstalker and a magnifying glass.

Little update... I've just had a short-shifter fitted, which reduces the throw by 40%, along with a 440g weighted Skunk2 billet gearknob. Very highly recommended upgrade for the EP3, it's turned the already peachy gearshift into something truly splendid. That head unit sits so well in there. I just love every aspect of this, keep doing it.

I've always said that if i open my front door, look at my car and think " that looks bloody good and its mine" it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. But I still don't like the spoiler much...... :0)

Just needs a bit more width and you are not a million miles away!

^^ Yeah, it's not a totally ludicrous spoiler, in that it was inspired by that BTCC design and developed by a Time Attack guy who does actually use one on his race car. But yeah, it is still ludicrous, which is why I love it.
My next-door neighbour genuinely did think it was a bike rack, she came round to ask for advice on bicycles. I have no info to offer on bicycles.
More width? Yep, on it. Not doing arches but looking into spacers at the mo.

Been messing about with the exhaust. Long story short - I had a completely unsilenced system on there for a while, but it was ridiculous and painful, so I ended up removing the straight-through centre pipe and putting the stock Honda one back on, while retaining the M2 backbox. However, bolting a shouty backbox to an otherwise stock system is what teenagers do, so I wanted to get the matching M2 centre pipe to create, in a modular fashion, an M2 cat-back. Which is what's now happened. DSC_1792 by dbizzle_, on Flickr DSC_2328 by dbizzle_, on Flickr DSC_2333 by dbizzle_, on Flickr DSC_2331 by dbizzle_, on Flickr It's just been through its MOT today (sailed straight through, woo!) and, thanks to the handy bolt-in tailpipe silencer bung that M2 provided, it was only a macho 'your exhaust is a bit noisy' advisory. Bingo.

New brakes! It needed new rear calipers, as one had seized, so I figured I might as well upgrade while I was at it. So it's got EBC braided lines, grooved discs and YellowStuff pads all round. Lovely. DSC_3150 by dbizzle_, on Flickr DSC_3158 by dbizzle_, on Flickr DSC_3155 by dbizzle_, on Flickr DSC_3156 by dbizzle_, on Flickr

Nice too see a good set of tyres on it as well, so many of these flying about on cheap rubbish.
Brakes look good, big improvement?

Yeah, they're the same spec Bridgestones that Honda recommended for the EP3 when they launched it! Too early to tell with the brakes, as I'm still bedding them in. Will report back when I've plodded through the necessity of endless gentle miles...

That's not how you bed brakes in. I quite like these, much better chassis than the spaceship cars that followed.

read the box.
very important with pads like yellows, they all vary a little bit but none encourage gentle driving!

Get somewhere quiet, upto about 90mph and proper hoy on the brakes as hard as you can. Do not stop. At about 20mph release the brake, speed back up then hard stop again. Repeat until they fade, usually only takes 3-4 goes. Trundle round braking normally till they cool off. They'll be bang on then. Most people drive like fannies running in EBC's and they just glaze up which I think is where they get their curse word reputation from. With the method above to run them in they're absolutely mental. It's how we do the rally cars and I do road cars they're proper gut wrenching after.
