Does the Jag fit through one of the existing doors? If so just extend the rear of the garage until you have enough space inside. A simple lean to structure would do it, a cast concrete lintel will support the brickwork above it and if you are sensible you can fit the lintel before removing the wall below to maintain security, new build your lean too extention, finally remove lower portion of inner rear wall.
There is something odd going on with those lintels and the face brickwork of the gable though, it does appear to be single skin.
I would get someone to look at it and price it up but you could probably replace them both with a heavy duty Catnic type lintel - the company will do calculations for you to check suitability - and remove the central pillar unless it is providing rear support to the gable wall.
