I used to be quite a big buyer of magazines at one point, however I felt that for the most part the quality of car magazines sold in the UK fell about 20 or so years ago and they became more about the advertisement than the articles. So now I only really buy Built magazine from my local shops. However I still used to buy several magazines like The Rodders Journal from Graham at American Auto Mags, but now that he's shut up shop I can no longer get my quarterly fix. So what I am wondering is if there is anyone else in the UK who imports and distributes magazines like The Rodders Journal from America, and maybe Fuel magazine from Australia? Or will I have to try and import them myself? Also, while I'm thinking about it Mr HoTWire have there been any further developments on your magazine idea, as to be honest I still think that a UK based car book style magazine sounds like a great idea.

Hayburner direct from them. PVW from Tesco normally PPC from WHSmiths.
I also now get quite a few magazines for free on the Kindle App due to the wife's Amazon Prime subscription. Classic Ford, BSH, Evo, Scootering, Fast Car,Classic and Sports Car, Volksworld have all been on.

Practical Performance Car on subscription through the door. Practical Classics from Tesco's - as per mercdan68's post above Bauer Media were an absolutely DREADFUL company who gave some of the worst customer service I've ever had. First issue was delivered 1 week later than when it was in the shops, and the second issue started on page 78. There's virtually no way to contact them other than by email and they genuinely give no brown dogs' eggs what your issue is and fob you off with a rubbish answer. I don't get any others at the moment. Occasionally Classic and Sportscoat if I am on a long-haul flight

Log in to Kindle app with your Amazon Prime account, then there is a tab called something like Prime Reading, it has all different catagories and one is magazines, within that there are quite a few automotive magazines. PPC on subscription, but then I would wouldn't I.
I do buy other car mags but on an ad-hoc basis when something catches my eye.
To be honest I have been so busy with the day job, particularly with the Covid disruptions, I barely get chance to write my own articles let alone read other mags. I haven't even managed to get onto this fine forum for goodness knows how long. Hopefully things will settle down a bit before long...

I used to pick up Rodders Journal in Selfriges of all places. Not been into a shop since March though so missing that one. C&SC, Practical Classics and The Automobile arrive on prescription (sic).

and maybe Fuel magazine from Australia? Or will I have to try and import them myself? . I used to have a subscription to Australian Muscle Car magazine, they were happy to post overseas, it was quite expensive though. Never seen AMC or other Aussie mags for sale here in the UK so world be interested if you do find somewhere that had them
